SaaS

SaaS products, compared in public before you hear a word.

Software is compared in public, on pages the vendor does not control. We target problem searches and comparison queries, then rebuild the path to a demo.

What they ask

  1. AI assistant How do I evaluate vendors effectively?
  2. Google What is the average cost of software?
  3. Paid result What is the most used automation software?
  4. Your solution page Which tool is used for marketing automation?
  5. Independent proof Which one is better, Salesforce or HubSpot?
  6. Addition works the whole search journey for you, all the way to the deal. Where would you like us to start? Runs under all of it:Conversion rate optimization

Hard problems we solve in search for SaaS.

Do you say even one of these?

  • We cannot rank for the keywords that bring revenue.
  • Our site reads like it was written for Google, not for the people buying.
  • People research inside ChatGPT now, and we are not in that conversation.
  • AI cites us as a source but never recommends us.
  • I do not know which questions decide a purchase in our category.
  • We bid on keywords without knowing what the search is really asking for.
  • Performance Max spends the budget and I cannot see where it went.
  • The people who decide never fill in a form.
  • Traffic is up. Pipeline is not.

A roadmap no prompt can write.

Ideation, strategy and the roadmap all happen in these six steps. This is the part no AI can replicate, and it is where the value of our work comes from.

  1. Step 01

    Onboarding

We review the main channels and pages in the software buying journey, then agree on the primary conversion metric.

  2. Step 02

    The audit

Software is compared in public on pages the vendor does not control, so we find which comparison decides you and where you are absent from it.

  3. Step 03

    Brand DNA

When feature lists look alike, explain the problem your product solves and name the buyer who has it.

  4. Step 04

    Market & Competitors

We read the products winning your searches, the ones bidding against you, and the ones an AI assistant names when someone asks what to use.

  5. Step 05

    Roadmap & Strategy

Everything we found becomes one task list, and we agree together which jobs come first, so the work that earns from search soonest is the work that starts.

  6. Step 06

    Execution

We move in weekly cycles and take the list in the order we agreed, so every week of work points at the one number.

Where do you need support?

Three promises. Hold us to them.

  1. We meet the buyer where software is compared in public: the problem, the alternative, the integration.
  2. We use what the search tells you about the job to be done, and write the page for the second reader on the buying group.
  3. We aim the work at the signup or trial your product runs, judged on what it is worth once it converts.

Two ways to start.

Pick the one that sounds like you.

Option one

I need help with one channel.

Pick it below. You will see exactly what that work covers before anyone talks about price.

Rank where buying happens, and get named by AI

  • Searches that end in a sale
  • One job per page
  • Prompts that decide the purchase

Option two

I need support across the whole search journey.

Several channels at once, plus the site itself. One scope, one number, one team running it.

  • Every search channel that matters in your category
  • The site itself, tested for conversion
  • One roadmap across all of it, ranked by return
  • One weekly session, one place the reporting lives

Questions SaaS brands ask before they start

What is SEO for SaaS?

Ranking for the problem before the product: "how to reduce churn" before "churn tool", the comparison page before the pricing page. SaaS SEO is mostly the pages that answer what the buyer is trying to do, with your product as the way to do it. We map those searches to your features before anything is written.

How do I advertise my SaaS on Google?

Search on the category and competitor terms, with the trial or the demo as the conversion, not the signup form. SaaS clicks are expensive, so the landing page has to answer the objection in the first screen. We run the pages and the ads together because one without the other wastes the click.

Is $20 a day enough for Google Ads for a SaaS?

For a niche category term, it can be. For the category head terms the click alone can cost more than that, and the bidding cannot learn from a campaign that buys one click a day. We tell you the floor before launch and start on Maximize Clicks with a cap when the budget is under it.

Which SaaS marketing agency is best for us?

The one that reads your search journey before it proposes a channel. Ask prospective agencies to show which searches you are losing, why competing pages win and what they would prioritize first. Our first two weeks are that reading, and the plan comes out of it.
