Health & Wellness

Health and wellness marketing grounded in evidence and repeat purchase.

Supplements are bought on trust before they are bought on price. We work the whole search journey, from the question a shopper asks an AI assistant to the subscription they keep.

What they ask

  1. AI assistant Can I take creatine if I take lisinopril?
  2. Google What are the signs of lacking magnesium?
  3. Paid result Which protein powder is best for females?
  4. Your collection Why do doctors say no to creatine?
  5. Your product What are the risks of creatine?
  6. Addition works the whole search journey for you, all the way to the order. Where would you like us to start? Runs under all of it:Conversion rate optimization

Hard problems we solve in search for Health & Wellness.

Do you say even one of these?

  • We cannot rank for the keywords that bring revenue.
  • Our site reads like it was written for Google, not for the people buying.
  • People research inside ChatGPT now, and we are not in that conversation.
  • AI cites us as a source but never recommends us.
  • I do not know which questions decide a purchase in our category.
  • We bid on keywords without knowing what the search is really asking for.
  • Performance Max spends the budget and I cannot see where it went.
  • The right people arrive and still leave at the checkout.
  • Traffic is up. Orders are not.

A roadmap no prompt can write.

Ideation, strategy and the roadmap all happen in these six steps. This is the part no AI can replicate, and it is where the value of our work comes from.

  1. Step 01

    Onboarding

We review the main channels and pages in the supplements buying journey, then agree on the primary conversion metric.

  2. Step 02

    The audit

Supplements are bought on trust before they are bought on price, so we find where that trust breaks in the journey.

  3. Step 03

    Brand DNA

We define compliant, evidence-based product claims before writing or launching campaigns.

  4. Step 04

    Market & Competitors

We read who ranks for the compound and dose searches, who bids on them, and who AI names when asked what works.

  5. Step 05

    Roadmap & Strategy

Everything we found becomes one task list, and we agree together which jobs come first, so the work that earns from search soonest is the work that starts.

  6. Step 06

    Execution

We move in weekly cycles and take the list in the order we agreed, so every week of work points at the one number.

Where do you need support?

Three promises. Hold us to them.

  1. We make the trust visible: what is in it, who says so, and what the platforms let you claim.
  2. We use what the search tells you about the outcome people want, and write the page to that outcome.
  3. We work the subscription, not just the first order, because that is where the category makes its money.

Two ways to start.

Pick the one that sounds like you.

Option one

I need help with one channel.

Pick it below. You will see exactly what that work covers before anyone talks about price.

Rank where buying happens, and get named by AI

  • Searches that end in a sale
  • One job per page
  • Prompts that decide the purchase

Option two

I need support across the whole search journey.

Several channels at once, plus the site itself. One scope, one number, one team running it.

  • Every search channel that matters in your category
  • The site itself, tested for conversion
  • One roadmap across all of it, ranked by return
  • One weekly session, one place the reporting lives

Questions Health & Wellness brands ask before they start

Can I run Google Ads for supplements?

Yes, with two conditions. The product cannot be on Google’s list of unapproved substances, and the page cannot make disease claims: "supports" is allowed where "treats" is not. Most supplement accounts that stall are stuck on a claim in the landing page, not in the ad. We read the pages against the policy before the first campaign.

How is SEO different for a supplement brand?

Google treats health pages as "your money or your life" content, so who is speaking matters as much as what is said. An ingredient page with a named author, the study it cites and an honest dose section outranks a longer page with none of that. The audit shows which of your pages carry that and which read as a label.

Is $20 a day enough for supplement ads?

Cost per click in supplements is high because pharmacies and the marketplaces bid on the same words. At $20 a day one product on Shopping can learn; a Search campaign across the range cannot. We say the floor before launch, and when the budget is under it we run Maximize Clicks with a cap until there is sales data to bid on.

How do we get named when someone asks an AI which supplement to take?

The answer engines read the same pages Google does, and they quote the ones that state the dose, the form and the evidence in plain sentences. A page that hides the ingredient list in an image is invisible to them. We rewrite the product data so it can be read, then measure whether the brand starts appearing.
