Site Migration problems we solve.

Do you say even one of these?

  • We are replatforming and everyone says traffic will drop.

  • The last migration cost us months of rankings.

  • One missed redirect can erase years of search visibility for an important page.

Three promises. Hold us to them.

  1. We map every URL and every redirect before anything moves.
  2. We check it on staging, while changing it is still cheap.
  3. We watch the traffic after launch, and fix what drops.

A roadmap no prompt can write.

Ideation, strategy and the roadmap all happen in these six steps. This is the part no AI can replicate, and it is where the value of our work comes from.

  1. Step 01

    Onboarding

We take access, note your priority products and margins, and agree on the one number.

  2. Step 02

    The audit

We crawl the live store and separate what search engines cannot read from what they read and ignore.

  3. Step 03

    Brand DNA

Before any page is written we fix the voice, the positioning and the claims you can stand behind.

  4. Step 04

    Market & Competitors

We read the pages currently winning your terms and name what they do that you do not.

  5. Step 05

    Roadmap & Strategy

Every fix and every page gets a place in one list, and the job that pays most is the job we start with.

  6. Step 06

    Execution

We move in weekly cycles and take the list in the order we agreed, moving that order when the numbers say to.

Questions people ask about Site Migration

What is an SEO migration?

Moving a site to a new platform, domain or structure while minimising the risk to existing rankings. The work is a redirect map, a pre-launch technical review and post-launch monitoring, so every page that brings traffic today has a mapped destination on the new site.

How do I migrate a website without losing SEO?

Map every old URL to its new one before launch, keep the content and internal links, test the redirects on staging, and watch Search Console daily for the first weeks. Unmapped URLs are the most visible cause of loss; changed content and lost internal links are the quieter ones.

When should you get involved?

Before the new site is built, ideally when the URL structure is being decided. After launch we can still recover, but a redirect map written before launch is cheaper than a recovery written after.

How long until traffic recovers?

With a complete redirect map and the content and internal links kept, redirects give search engines a path from each old URL to its new destination. How long that takes depends on how often your site is crawled, and a change of platform or structure can still cost some rankings. Without a map, some traffic never comes back, because the pages that ranked no longer exist. The post launch watch is there to catch the gaps early.

Get found before the click is bought.
Then make the visit pay.

We start by reading your store the way a search engine reads it, and hand you the list of what is costing you rankings, ordered by what it is worth. You decide what we ship first.
