Shopify CROThe theme is yours to test. The checkout mostly is not.
Tests on the surfaces Shopify hands you: product page, cart and theme, with the checkout limits on your plan named before anyone quotes you for a checkout test.
- Product page and cart tests
- What your plan allows in checkout
- App scripts and what they cost
- Revenue per visitor, not rate alone

We turn your searches into paying customers.

Shopify decides part of this for you. The rest is yours.
Shopify CRO problems we solve.
Do you say even one of these?
-
Traffic is up and the revenue is flat.
-
We wanted to test the checkout and were told we cannot.
-
Every app we add is another script on the page people buy from.
Three promises. Hold us to them.
- We test the product page and the cart, the two surfaces Shopify leaves open to you.
- We tell you what your plan allows in checkout before anyone quotes you for a checkout test.
- We read revenue per visitor, because a higher rate on smaller orders is not a win.
A roadmap no prompt can write.
Ideation, strategy and the roadmap all happen in these six steps. This is the part no AI can replicate, and it is where the value of our work comes from.
-
Step 01
Onboarding
We review the main channels and pages in the Shopify store buying journey, then agree on the primary conversion metric.
-
Step 02
The audit
A shopper who already trusts the checkout still has to find the store, so we find where the platform hides the pages that should be doing the finding.
-
Step 03
Brand DNA
A theme makes every store sound the same, so the voice has to carry what the theme cannot.
-
Step 04
Market & Competitors
We read the stores winning your searches, the ones bidding against you, and the ones an AI assistant names when someone asks where to buy.
-
Step 05
Roadmap & Strategy
Everything we found becomes one task list, and we agree together which jobs come first, so the work that earns from search soonest is the work that starts.
-
Step 06
Execution
We move in weekly cycles and take the list in the order we agreed, so every week of work points at the one number.

Questions people ask about Shopify CRO
How do I get a better conversion rate on Shopify?
Start where the store loses people: the product page, the cart and the theme. We test those surfaces one change at a time and keep what the numbers keep, starting with the product page.
Which Shopify theme has the best conversion rate?
None by itself. A theme sets the starting point; what converts is the product page built on it, the speed after apps are added, and the checkout the plan allows. We measure your theme rather than recommend another.
Can you change our checkout?
It depends on your plan. Shopify limits what checkout can be customised below Plus, and we name those limits before anyone quotes you for a checkout test. The product page and cart are editable through the theme on every plan.
Is 12 percent a good conversion rate?
The rate alone says little without the denominator and the traffic mix behind it: sessions or users, paid or organic, returning or new. We judge tests on revenue per visitor, because a change can lift the rate and lower the order value.
See where Shopify store buyers lose you.
Then take that step back.
A shopper who already trusts the checkout still has to find the store first. We review the journey from early research to the order confirmation and identify the highest-impact conversion issue.
