PAID ADS SKILLS

Paid ads skills: strategy, creative, attribution and reading the dashboard

Five skills that cover a campaign from the decision to run it to the decision to scale it, and the two toolkits that let an agent read the account. 5 skills from 2 libraries, 5 of them running with no key, every one read in full and run once.

Together

What these skills do together

  1. Decide and structure: ads

Platform choice, account structure, the month-one Search build, and the audit guardrails.

  2. Make the creative: ad-creative

Grounded in winning ads, reviews and comments, validated against platform limits.

  3. Instrument: analytics

The tracking plan every later number depends on.

  4. Read the dashboard: ads-performance-analytics

Before any scale, kill or rebudget: windows, view-through, self-attribution, incrementality.

  5. Reconcile: attribution

Which channel caused the sale, and why the platforms disagree.

Limits

What a skill cannot replace

A skill cannot read your ad account. The Google Ads MCP and claude-ads on the toolkit shelf can, read-only; with them, the ads and analytics skills here work on real numbers. Without them, they work on what you paste, which is how most agencies still work, and the skills say what they could not check.

Questions

Questions people ask before installing

Will these skills change my campaigns?

None of the five can. ads carries a draft-first guardrail for live accounts; the toolkits that connect are read-only or gated.

Which one first for a new account?

ads, with its Google Search playbook loaded: it gives the month-one structure and bidding for an account with no conversion history.

Do they cover Meta?

ads has a Meta decision system and an Andromeda-era playbook; ad-creative has a Meta format taxonomy; ads-performance-analytics covers Meta’s reporting quirks. None reads a Meta account.
