Organic revenue

Five months of organic work turned $7,316 into $36,065.

MyPhotoStation sells custom wall art, which means the entire buying decision happens on one product page. We fixed the technical faults keeping those pages out of search, rebuilt the keyword map around terms people search when they are ready to buy, and then made the pages close.

Where it started

The site was ranking for the wrong half of its own catalogue.

We found 404s, canonical conflicts, mobile errors and indexing failures spread across the site, so pages that should have been competing were not in the running. Underneath that sat a keyword map that had never been built around purchase intent. The store was visible for terms people browse with, and invisible for the ones they buy with.

What we changed, in the order it had to happen.

  1. Technical foundation

    • Site-wide audit clearing 404s, canonical conflicts, mobile faults and indexing errors
    • Page speed rebuilt: image compression, lazy loading, caching
    • Schema written per page type, not applied as one blanket template
    • Continuous monitoring through Search Console, Semrush and Screaming Frog
  2. Keyword map

    • Every category and subcategory worked through, not just the head terms
    • High-volume terms ranked by purchase intent, then prioritised by intent first
    • Competitor analysis used to surface the opportunity and long-tail space they had left open
    • Keyword groups wired directly into the internal linking, so the structure carried the map
  3. Category architecture

    • New category pages built from what the keyword work found, not from the existing menu
    • Categories interlinked so the topic reads as one authority rather than a set of orphans
    • A brief per page: heading structure, coverage, the terms it had to answer
    • Content written to be read by a buyer, not padded to a word count
  4. On-page

    • Titles, descriptions, heading structure and URLs rewritten across the catalogue
    • Readability held as the constraint, with keyword coverage fitted inside it
    • Image filenames and alt text rewritten so the visual catalogue was legible to search
    • Internal linking restructured to serve navigation and authority at the same time
  5. Off-page authority

    • Links earned from high-authority sites relevant to the category
    • Domain authority built through content partnerships and guest placements
    • Brand visibility extended through social integration
  6. Product page conversion

    • The buying journey on the product page mapped before anything was changed
    • Review sections, comparison tables and interactive elements added where the decision stalls
    • Dedicated landing pages built for the highest-intent entries
    • Trust elements placed on the path to purchase: reviews, warranty, delivery speed

Proof, straight from the panel it came from.

These are the exports the numbers above are read off.

Five months in, organic went from a side channel to our main one. The work went into the pages themselves, not into promises.

Organic Google sales and sessions, before and after

Same store, same filter, six months apart. Organic revenue five times higher.

  • Google Search ConsoleClicks, impressions, CTR and position across both periods

Clicks, impressions, CTR and position across both periods

Impressions rose eighteen times. That is how much more of search the store now reaches.

The part that mattered

Revenue outgrew traffic, and that is the whole point.

Sessions went up 5.5x. Revenue went up 4.9x, and impressions 18x. The gap between those three is the story: far more people saw the store than clicked it, far more clicked it than before, and the ones who arrived bought at close to the old rate rather than a worse one. Growth that dilutes itself shows up as revenue lagging traffic badly. This did not.

Two ways to start.

Pick the one that sounds like you.

Option one

I need help with one channel.

Pick it below. You will see exactly what that work covers before anyone talks about price.

Rank where buying happens, and get named by AI

  • Searches that end in a sale
  • One job per page
  • Prompts that decide the purchase

Option two

I need support across the whole search journey.

Several channels at once, plus the site itself. One scope, one number, one team running it.

  • Every search channel that matters in your category
  • The site itself, tested for conversion
  • One roadmap across all of it, ranked by return
  • One weekly session, one place the reporting lives
